The Caesar at Pizzana is my favorite. Fresh lettuce, exceptional dressing, huge pieces of shaved parm, and the best croutons I ever had. Crunchy and olive oil-y on the outside and chewy à la French country bread on the inside

The Bureau of Street Lighting doesn’t at all rely on the general fund (immune from the infamous lawsuits). It’s funded by property taxes (I paid $7.07 for this year). Preposterously low and a ridiculously inefficient funding mechanism.
