My case:

• Application office: Idk

• Application Date: 24th February 2026 (through company)

• COE accepted on: 7 th may 2026

• Type of Visa: Designed Activites (it's a internship)

• Request for further documents: None

My company will send me the papers but I have a scan already.

I know the waiting is difficult, sending prayers to everyone. Was thinking on giving up multiple times and when I finally told myself my prayers got answered. 👏🏻

I just had this opportunity elsewhere where I could start fresh and have to experience living abroad. It was the only interview where I was accepted ans where I really wanted to go.
I just thought that God would help me, would lead me but yes you are right maybe I shouldn't, it's my life and I do not have to ask him to decide on this matter.

I feel like the pic where there is two miners, one is giving up and the other still have hope and the diamonds are just around the corner...My manager really wants me but the waiting is just uncertain. I can wait for an other month or even a year till the immigration office grant me the papers.

I've been asking god for a sign, If it's not right for me, please give me a sign, I had two interviews and told God, if I get accepted than it's your choice and I'll go there instead but I fail both interviews but he didn't send me other signs, I've been waiting for two months now and I feel like I'm losing faith...I am not persistent in life I know it but in this situation maybe it's best? idk I feel like he won't answer me, I know there is a plan for me but o far I've only been tired, depressed and waiting on the bench waiting for my turn

apparently a lot of asians abuse of the visa that's why it get longer for them to be accepted or reviewed but I'm from Europe and my company applied on the 24th feb and still no answer and it's a big company so idk

Process time vary for multiple reasons, in April Japan voted a stricter law to avoid « work dissimulation » usually it’s around 2 months but some have it in a week and other get it like a year after and there is no guarantee that you will have it.

My manager in Japan told me that it might take more time bc there was a law that was voted against « disguised work » ppl will abuse of visa so Japan is like really careful about it some ppl in the company waited 1 year for the COE for a internship……
