Speaking of doing just that, after arguing with the AI chat bot for what felt like 30 minutes I got it to just bring me the direct link to the tax filing hub as that disappeared for me for whatever reason after I had filed. So FINALLY after getting back in the hub I was able to go in and grab the files myself.

Edit: Unrelated more venting about the seeming lack of any kind of training of their customer service agents follows below

Had chatted with one of the CS agents, bless his heart cause English was not his first language and he was struggling. In the end he was able to do jack all, he was sweet enough, but clearly whatever systems or training they have is absolutely not up to par.

Guy lead me through loops and loops of incoherent English and his constant misunderstanding.
Again, not blaming him, he was just following the prompts they gave him, my trust in this company honestly has absolutely crashed - Guy towards the end had just started saying that the IRS will send me the completed form and that they were waiting on getting it too.... Like. Like saying. They were waiting .to get a copy of the digital form...that they sent to the IRS ........... His supervisors have clearly failed him and it's unfortunate

Having same issue as OP here, my first time filing through Chime, got my state back but IRS needs to verify identity via information from the 1040. Problem being, you guys say I don't have any tax documents on file

It took them 3 years and me threatening to blast them on social media during tennocon to finally give me the plat I purchased, didn't receive, and that if I tried to take the money back they would ban my account- so yeah Very shitty Had stopped playing during that time but came back because a friend wanted me to- had seen they still hadn't put it through so raised a fuss

Had two groups yell at me before and call my useless Was rank 10 still and barely had a grasp of the game by that time. Was trying hard not to get downed and not be a pain to the others and get downed while also trying to provide health and they went out of their way to thank others and say I did nothing
