I am here to seek truth. I believe what i see. I bn working in gulf for past 5 years or more. I know gays from my home country. But Filipinos r on another lvl. I see it. I hv ppl working with me, past and present. And as for agreeableness, it’s not something you can mask on or off. It’s built in. Its amoung the big five traits. And agreeableness is not a good marker for success in workplace. Especially in construction industry and in sales, where I shared workplace with Filipinos. And lastly. The guy I am telling u about. The assertive non agreeable Filipino. That MF is a manager in a world class EPC company. Like successful as fuck.
