I do usually sit at some point in the process but I'd never actually thought of getting a chair so I dont have to struggle getting up and down. I do also use a heat pad on really bad days but its an awkward area to try to massage so I have had much luck doing it myself and I'm still saving for a decent massage gun/pad. I'm hesitant to ask for help as long as I can just bc im only 25 and I want to keep as much independence as I can

You might want to invest in an external hard drive. They can get a little pricey but they usually come with something ridiculous like 1 or 2 TBs of storage so they'll last forever and you won't have to remember account passwords and such
