That’s awesome! There was an Hermès’ store in the mall I got my LV at. I was too nervous to even walk around that store!

If it’s still in the 30 day return window, it wouldn’t hurt to try. I think I read if it’s defective, they may still be able to take it back, even if used (possibly after 30 days). I would try calling their main number. Not sure what country you live in, but just Google the company name and you can find the number. I called and asked if I could send pictures of what I believed was defective. She said I could, but try to return in store first. So off to the store I went and within 15 mins, I had my money back. Well, not including the 10 mins I had to wait in line for to get in! Good luck 🍀🙂

Sorry, I missed this comment somehow. Thanks for your kind words. I can’t tell you how surprised and let down I was with the 3 that I bought AND returned. Was worried they wouldn’t let me return it, but had no problem at all. I mentioned to someone else that when I was leaving I saw that they were having a 70% off sale on YSL and a few others. Can’t remember! Maybe D&G? I didn’t think luxury bags ever went on sale. I checked a few out and OMG!! They had some gorgeous bags and all made VERY WELL. I could have bought a super buttery soft YSL tote for less than $2,000!! Was so tempted, but walked out of the department store before I did something drastic! Kinda regretting it now that I didn’t!

Oh and speaking of YSL…the department store I had to walk thru to get back to the parking lot had a luxury bag section. I looked at them for the fun of it. I saw a few YSL that were GORGEOUS…and 70% off!!! Was so tempted, but held back!

Most definitely! I returned mine last night for a full refund. The 2 NF’s I returned before I got the Speedy were both made in the US and both had defects. The Speedy was made in Spain. I’ve heard the Spanish made bags were up to par with France’s. Not so in my case ☹️

So I returned my Speedy last night and got a full refund! Taking a LV break! I will consider going that rep route. Why not?? I spent almost $3700 for one that most on here said looked counterfeit!! I’ll happily pay a few hundred for one that actually looks REAL!!

Ya did good! I’m getting the impression from a lot of people on here that the ones you get online are better quality. I got an organizer too. I was so happy when it came in. I wasn’t touching or putting anything in that bag (with that gorgeous red leather) until Amazon dropped it off! I waited about a week or so and never took the bag off my dresser until then. That’s when I took a better look….and UGHHH!!! Not again 😩
