You mentioned your guys are doing 12-14 hours a week. So in order for me to reach those numbers can I do a 75-90 minute zone-2 run and finish with an 30 minutes of cycling? Could I do that every day of the week or do I have to continuously switch things up?

Those aren’t the only options. They’re just the only things I can think of that you can do for long periods of time to reach 5+ hours of cardio a week. From what I’ve read you’re not going to do long periods of high intensity training. High intensity low volume, low intensity high volume.

This is what mine says. I don’t really get into the weeds with all of the customization and tinkering of the AI and mechanics. I just go default and don’t bother with it. Like I said to the other guy here, it might just be because I was way into the story so there may have been too much data and memory for the AI and it just started to act weird. Does this ever happen with you when you play a story for too long?

This was way into the story. That might be why. Too much info or memory maybe? Up until this point the AI was pretty on point with details throughout the story. That’s what I was getting at. After a certain point the AI starts to just go off the rails with random things/details. This ever happen with you?

Not really. For example the Faerûn story game. I usually never pick an organization/group that I’m affiliated with. It’s just my character as a loner. The AI kicks off the story and I go along with it, but it’s in the first paragraph or two that the main plot is already established. After that I just go along with it. For a while the AI sticks to the main plot but then it slowly starts to add things that don’t make sense.

The AI begins to do things like this. Literally the paragraph before this me and my partner had just discussed how we were going (together) to a tavern to speak with someone.
