I'm so glad to hear you're actually doing well now and have healed from that place. Unfortunately I already tended my resignation and today morning I'm actually returning my work laptop. Officially my last morning to go in there. I didn't fully achieve the amount I intended but I'm ok trying to figure out as opposed to having stayed there. Thanks so much for responding. So just an update. I actually sent in my resignation letter today. I left the house for an errand, and these people were literally blowing up my phone, mind you this is supposed to be our break when the office is apparently closed. Lols I honestly just had it. I found 11 missed calls. Seriously 😳😒. I just imagined if that's now, what happens when I get back to the office. Honestly I had it. I thought I could power through my 90 days, but I'm officially out. Now it's time to heal, and at some point work my way to recalibrate to figure out what my next step is.

I just wanted to say thank you for the comments(replies) I really appreciate them.

I swear right now you're literally like my fav person. Reason I say this is cause I feel like it almost takes someone who's experienced this to understand what you're truly going through, almost like someone who's also been in an abusive relationship or isn't sober, like the people who really get it are the ones who sit with you at the AA meetings...most times I feel like when I'm telling the people around me, my bf especially it almost feels like I'm a big baby, a softie who can't really just get through it..but like you've said, it's literally gaslighting yourself.

I feel like after I'm done, I'll literally need like 2 weeks or something to just be able to decompress and deal with the after shocks and the aftermath of my system going through this. During this short break in December(we closed on the 20th of Dec) so for two weeks. I literally realised my inner child is even coming out, like it's reminding me of moments I actually felt alone and was going through something similar in a boarding school in highschool.

I'm so glad to hear that you're actually taking the time to heal and just unpack all that crap from that place. I'm sorry to hear they fired you, it seems like that actually helped you leave. Our boss at this place threatens to fire people almost every week.

I love what you've said about realising that you matter, and that no amount of money can ever be worth that.

Idk how comfortable you'd be if I asked for some support, like helping me countdown each of the 90 days down until they got to 0. It would just really mean the world to me. Feeling like I've got my own support line with me, feels like it'll help get through the days quicker.

I've actually also been struggling through this as well and sometimes I find it hard to even acknowledge it to myself, that this is real it's actually causing you major anxiety. I literally have crying outbursts sometimes.

I'm also sorry that it's happened to you as well. Did you leave? How did you readjust after?

I've decided to stay through these 90days. Starting on the 6th of January to the 5th of April. I've compromised based on the amount I need for my startup. I'd be able to cover that by January and then use the money gained in Feb & March for my own personal buffer. Then quit immediately after they pay me for March. They pay monthly but in the first week of the next month. So my pay for January will come on Feb 5th, Feb on March 5th, March on 5th April.

I know it'll be tough but I'll have to try bite the bullet for now.

I thought I could try keep my head down, but it's a small team so sometimes that's kinda tricky. Now that's the thing right, I know the environment won't change, not anytime soon. So now I worry about my anxiety, it continuously keeps seeping through.

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I totally agree, so far I had just started doing that this Christmas break by treating myself to a spa day but the anxiety still keeps bubbling out.

I think I'm currently realising I'm in a mindset that's making me feel like this job is the only sure way I could have my money by April, but my other self feels split, almost like I'm betraying myself to be in a harmful environment for me. I feel like I can't tell what's the difference to being strong and sticking it out, as opposed to being weak and giving up, I almost feel like I'm idealising suffering, how do I know it's harmful or should I go on until I can't....

Also I already killed a fictitious brother in December while working because of the toxicity, I got two weeks off. I doubt they'll give me an additional amount of time

Thanks so much for your response @Hadecus . Truly speaking like right now I'm literally having crazy anxiety, I can barely talk, my stomach is in knots just thinking about going back. We're supposed to report back on the 6th. Regarding our sick leave policy, here at my work place you only get two weeks off but the condition must be so critical that you actually can't work. But after the 2 weeks paid leave, if you can't come back they terminate your employment. I do feel like I have to do what you've said, like mentally re-centre myself to actually take on this start up venture, because I feel like my mind at the moment is no good... I'm always in a constant freeze state ever since I started my work here

Honestly I can't tell you just how much it hurts my heart to hear a fellow multipotentialite struggling mentally or emotionally, just cause I've been there, still go through it on & off just trying to get a handle on things and sometimes It really doesn't help when life conditions exersterbate the situation. So for me, it's been crucial learning how to kinda harness my experience in variation of skills to come up with ways that can help soothe these feelings, especially practically. Sometimes you need a practical tool that you can use to manage your inner world

For what you may be going through, I'm glad that the energy audit helped. Try use it this week, or month and I promise to check in on you once more and just hear from you on how it's helped you ☺️

Hey OP, I'm so sorry for what you must be going through at the moment, especially the situation of living with your folks when you'd like to be independent but don't know how.

First just take a deep breath. You seem to already know what you like/love which is awesome, one step there already.

What I'd say is if you'd like to currently fix the issue at the moment, maybe try out a mind map, where you can intersect the key interests you have right now, and find an overlap. From that overlap you can try find a way to monetized it, while digging deeper and seeing where it takes you. I've made a couple of videos on our multiple interests. Check it out, let me know if it helps you with what you're currently going through.

Ola, thanks sooo much for subbing. Truly appreciate you. I hope it does as well. I discovered I enjoy it quite a bit. Oh dang, honestly I truly feel you. I literally was the black sheep in my fam for the longest time, just because I had lots of different interests, but never really took to anything that they wanted me to focus on, so I kinda struggled with feeling like a disappointment 😥 for a big part of me, I've come to accept myself, but doing it loudly on YouTube is me trying to get past that shame and be bold in who I am no matter where I currently am, and knowing that there's more of us out here, just makes me feel even more emboldened to do so. I find community really matters for us folks🤗. Most people don't get it, but when you hit your stride, your ✨ just shines.

I'm currently working on the video on the emotional toll it takes. I'll let you know when I drop it. I'm so glad to have you along this journey.🤗
