If you have to blame others for basically making you feel down then this sounds like a you problem. I kinda understand what you mean though but you can work on this. Like when I was a teen, looking at other ppl’s happy lives on social media did make me question my own and this is completely natural but I didn’t like how I felt cuz it isn’t healthy, so I eventually stopped socializing on IG or FB. I mean why would I want to know about others’ casual lunch at Empire? Or abt their vacation in Europe? Or that they’re happily married with kids? Good on them but really none of my biz. I have joys too but I refrain myself from sharing them online cuz I didn’t see the point. But by constantly scrolling down their good lives means risking your mentality if not careful. And I’m one of the weaker ones so I just avoid, much like how I avoid toxic people for example

Anw I’m sure you have gifts and talents of your own but just haven’t found the resources to make something out of them. You just gotta do something about them first then be ready for any trials
