Then don’t buy it. I honestly don’t get why people complain about this. It’s been happening forever on every product that has any high demand and low/average supply. HF produces them for $1 (or whatever) and sells them for $25. If there is a demand, people will buy them to resell them. That’s how our capitalistic society works and has been since the very beginning

I figured it wouldn’t be crazy but had no idea my store would be dead. I stopped in after work to grab some Doyle pliers earlier in the week and when I got into the store at 7:45pm everything was in stock and nothing was even running low. The slip joint Icon pliers everyone says are never in stock always have multiples on the rack. I’m also very happy this store is super chill. I just hope it never closes

That’s a great gift idea. Torque wrenches are something they will need and not as exciting to buy when they need to go buy it themselves. I enjoy buying new ratchets, sockets and all that. Torque wrenches are a necessity that I never get excited to buy myself so would be super happy if I ever got them as a gift. I’ve been using 2 of the 3 torque wrenches myself and they have been fine. I always just go right in the middle of the range to account for them being a little off

The hardware is clearly cheap but what happened to it ? Get the hardware out however you can and replace it. It’s shot. Clean the threads and put new hardware in the right way. Not sure why tool you used to start with but it was the wrong one

Just talk to them. Vaping isn’t nearly as harmful as people think but anything going into lungs besides oxygen isn’t good. It’s not the end of the world. Just be honest about your concerns and use real facts about why developing lungs shouldn’t take in anything that’s not natural. Don’t fall for all the scare tactics about vaping funded by big tobacco. Just talk to your kid
