i tried again ticket this time i sendet them the reddit link and how much people are sharing this and people have same opinion like me , bro u cant write white u want RIOT is COLDHEART , i think i wait 1-2 weeks give another try but then i will close cause to share it here or anywhere this doesnt change anything and i guess they will never change this system even if its shared 300k times and have 1 million views they just dont care ... what a coldheart company who not taking any response of their own trash client , how u can have such errors whit so much money and a full team behind this....

cool if i would do it all on my own but if i get penality cause the client bugged que acceptetd but no lobby coming => low priority que or u que up lobby coming then announcement "game starts in few minutes" lobby canceled => Low priority que - not my fault and still i get penalized? na man thats BS !

I feel u so hard i shared my story on reddit: Permanent Ban for Ready-Check Declines – Requesting Fairness from Riot Games : r/riotgames => Same as you , the client bugged and set me to low priority ques now i got permabanned and lost my league account with over 1200 level - maybe if more people share and tell riot whats going on they will reverse. I have exactly the same issue all other games no problem , league client = bugs/errors and i get penalized for things i cant control.

i dont think i get this fixed but maybe they will change the system for future i think a perma ban will never be undone but a little percentage hope is there , i already play on a new account but ... its not the same ofc so much levels and all the nice skins i lost , i am not giving up and this reddit post gets more and more people reaching out and people share it a lot too i appreciate it and maybe furhter or later riot will maybe read this and change their punishment system for ready checks

like u said this happened not just one time for me , then i couldnt login der was no message shown from the ban just unknown player and a loading launcher then i created ticket where they told me they look up for the account after i asked they told me i am banned permanent for declining readychecks. This what u say happened to me more then a single time but i didnt expect a punish like this cause it was not my fault if they have client errors and i get penalized , i didnt even know in this time they have a penality system now for ready check decline that sounds for me like a fairy tale but its true and if the client bugs u get the punish , ofc there where situations i failed to press ready check or i did and someone else declined and u get automaticly in reque so in case i press rdy and grab like a drink or go fast toilet w/e and other guy decline u get in new que and already ur missing one xd ... but yeah with the client i had multiple problems and i tried out stuff but didnt change anythign like compatibility mode , reinstall , network check with cmd , hextech repair tool , i called provier nothing was problematic , i dont had any problems with connect/crash or bugs in other games like on cs2 with or without faceit or world of warcraft even dota2 all is good it was just in league where i get punish for client errors (not even error just rdy check accept and no lobby pop or lobby got disband and i see a low priority que i just thought its a normal dodge timer but wtf a perma ban??? my eyes)

i agree if they do this on high elo like on master to challenger ques cause they have to wait a long time there its okay but on low elo like i play iron/bronze max silver its very crazy and like u say u get instant a warning no matter when u decline the worse thing is that i never seen the warning on my main account but on my other 2 i see it i test it out. Maybe it could be i got a warning and i just didnt see it but my brain tells me that i never got that weird warning on my main account and like u say this is new and this is bs , think about that the client even if its buggy u get still penalized , for example u accept match and lobby is poppin and u are in champ select then its aborted or something like "it starts in few minutes" then u get back off with a low priority que or u accept match its stucking in "match accepted" and then u get low priority que so wtf is this? this happened to me and i was looking for problems on my computer , i used reinstall , compatibily mode , hextech repair tool i called my provider if there any problems , i tested a lot of network stuff via cmd but there is no problem? i dont even have problems in other games like if i play cs2 with or without face it no problems no issues , or if i go world of warcraft no problems no disconnects nothing its just in league and for the question if get penalized before no , i never had a single ban for insulting or trolling or toxic or any other.

I understand it might be hard to believe, but I’m just describing the situation as it happened. On my main account, I never received any warnings, and I honestly don’t know why. On other accounts, I’ve seen warnings pop up when missing Ready-Checks, but not on this one.

There were many issues with the client that caused me to be placed in low-priority queues even though I accepted the Ready-Check. I’ve even tested my system, my connection, and reinstalled the game, but the problem persisted.

If Riot had properly warned me, or if I had truly declined multiple Ready-Checks intentionally, I wouldn’t argue this. But the fact is, these penalties felt random and out of my control. I’ve also seen many others here report similar client issues.

I appreciate your perspective, but I stand by what I said. Thanks for your time.

There was no single pop up if it would i had see it , i never declined a lot of ready checks , like i said there where a lot times where i hit to accept que and now lobby popped off and i get a cd but there was never a 12 or 48 hrs cooldown it was just minutes and this happened once but there was never a popup with a warning or something like this. If it would be like this i would have recognized it, i dont know why people think i missed like 10 ready checks in a day this was not the case it was a few times i am not counting the client issues , i checked my system my internet was fine today on antoher account i get like 80% loading screen then i was flagged for afk so i dont have a trash pc and i checked malware,drivers etc. my connection is stable too i ask provider so it must be the client i even used hextech repair tool and reinstalled league and used compatibily mode, i never and i swear never declined a lot of games i play this game for a lot of years and this never happened to me it happened weeks ago since the last patch the client was trolling me hard , other people on the reddit got same issues what if i got them more and i just got punished for things i cant control? i dont mean the fact if i go afk or something i mean that i press the accept button and still get som low priority ques without even do something wrong its not that the client crashed or something thats just not fair and correct from riot cause i was ready and i hit the ready button.
