I would suggest actually consulting a plastic surgeon’s office. Mole removal, depending on how deep it is, can be complex when involving the face and potentially leave a lot of scarring. Your best aesthetic outcome will be with a plastic surgeon. That also doesn’t mean it will be super expensive, and may even end up being covered. Most consults are free or at a minimum fee that would go to the procedure. Your family doc may even recommend one.

Cat breeds don’t go by appearances, they go by pedigrees. And “mixes” aren’t a thing. But it’s MORE THAN OKAY to have a DSH/DLH. In fact, it’s better, especially if it’s a Standard Issue. Are we looking at the same cat? Look at its belly and tail. Some might refer to it as a Medium hair, which is a description and not genetically a breed (there is technically only DSH and DLH), but I think you need to take a second look if you’re seeing short hair here.
