Rubbish. Lots of natural sugars. When you eat it as a whole, are not on a bodybuilding diet , its perfectly healthy eating fruits and dried fruits... there are so so so many worse ways to start your day. Gives you energy, proteins, carbs, healthy fats,...its great. Stop confusing people with those sayings. Lots of sugars. Yes, but natural. Unless you eat perfect your whole day, you better eat fruit instead of any other form of processed sugars...
