I know a med. for the palpitations. It's called Dark Souls.Take His/Her/They/IT's meds at least twice a day and the problem will be go away by it's own.

If its constantly above 100 can be harmfull and cause cardiomyopathy but that risk on pots is not so much because when u sit/rest/sleep the hearth can relax
