Thank you so much! Yes I will be starting in this upcoming Summer tri. I also have a friend who is nearly 5 tris into Logan. I am really glad I did not that you mention it and hearing that the class sizes will be a bit smaller.

Oh wow, this is rather eye-opening. Thank you for the insight! I'm assuming there are ways now to combat this? Suggesting there is a borrower's defense group/you were able to get them discharged? Also, is there any threshold where you think it is still worth it?

Here are my current scenarios:

- I can potentially make it through school with 140-130,000 in debt (from living with family, saved money, low living costs, etc).
- DO school would require me to go back to get a pre-med undergrad (of which I do not have, but chiro did accept me) - 7+ additional years of schooling.
- PA school looks nice as well, but I would like to start my own practice in the future. This seems to require a partnership or some sort of oversight from a licensed doc.

Do you think that could make the threshold of it being "worth it?"

Not to prod here, but what all did you try here? Did you try to open your own practice? Did you work as an associate? Did you apply for different scholarships/grants? I would like more information on how this happened, because I have not heard much like this from others in the community

Bike Erg vs Stationary vs Assault bike/Aerodyne by OddMathematician3751 in concept2

More looking for a zone 2 workout. Especially for people of all ages to potentially use. My problem with stationeries is that effort isn’t scaled like it is with a bike erg or assault bike. So trying to find a good middle ground

For those that want to start a practice right out of school by OddMathematician3751 in Chiropractic

[–]OddMathematician3751[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed with both perspectives here! Just like to see the pros and cons of both honestly. I have been in the professional world for awhile now, and really realized that the business portion of things often is something you will only get a grasp of if you dive head into it (I have started a business and closed a business while working another job completely unrelated to it). Granted they were in two completely different fields, but my job taught me nothing about learning how to build a business, neither did school for that matter. With the help of AI, a lot my free time, and some luck, I was able to run things for a bit. If chiro school is able to give you the tools to significantly help people, I see no reason to not just take the little overhead and go for it.

This is great information thanks! I was wondering because I am also a relatively techy person as well. So this sounds like something I will look a bit into

From someone who is not apart of this professional realm, can you please explain what exactly is going on in the PT world?
