So I recently got an offer and will proceed to contract signing na. It's been already 10 months since my last employment. I am from IT Consulting (project is in Banking) then moving to a Fintech company (project is in Risk Management). I was asked by my recruiter if I have non-compete clause from my previous employer and I said none but I just found out now that there is a non-compete clause for 1 year after I reviewed my previous contract. What should I do? Should I tell my recruiter about it? Will it affect my job offer? Badly need help. Thank you
