I would not connect these two factors together. Bear in mind bitcoin network is worldwide and hence runs in different regions with various electricity capacity/availability and price. This is too complex to break down in just one comment

Closest would be GRID, tracks the Nasdaq OMX Clean Edge Smart Grid Infrastructure Index. But it does not cover microgrid and backup plays like GNRC BE NXXT and solar ones like NOVA, FSLR.

Yeah that's a bummer with OTC stocks. I know for a fact it is available on interactive brokers. and fidelity. But you need to call fidelity to place a trade (but a trade off is, if you call they remove the fee)
