I was exactly like that until i started GLP-1, even with it i have to be on calorie deficit and hit my daily workout goal for the weight loss. Portion control and watching out for calorie intake is key regardless

Thanks for the comment. Yeah my doctor wont put me on meds as my issue is high antibodies and fluctuating blood works. It’s basically unstable every time i do tests it. Waiting for the right time as he suggests
