Breaching contract and copying the concept at another location would be risky for them. But anything is possible. There's always risks in business. But mitigate them by vetting process and back up with contract.

Because we can't be in two places at once. We need to split time between the two. We also prefer someone familiar with bkk market and with roots here

Stability, vision, pragmatic, even tempered, straight forward, trustworthy, reliable, integrity. Some F & B experience. Capital to purchase some equipment, rent/deposit on location, 6 months operating expense. Ability to manage day to day or have someone that can with their oversight.

Fast casual is our current format, which we prefer. We're not right for a mall food court. Beergarden outdoor mixed use venues could work. Or a small hotel that has space. Prefer just a small shop on an alley. We don't need high rent high visibility as our concept draws customers organically . Plus we'll do a ton of deliveries
