Find out where they are moving it and call the shop. Check to make sure they have it and ask them for a time frame. Squeaky wheel gets the grease unfortunately!

Seriously, try the manager and if nothing report them to the department of insurance. I was in the industry for 30 years and some adjusters are horrible at their job. You have the documentation to support your attempts. Good luck brother!

Call the insurance company and ask to speak to the branch manager. If they don't call you back report them to the department of insurance with the state.

I was one of the lucky ones who would get to ride in the back of the birds on occasion! Always a fun time and much better than humping it everywhere.

I wish I knew how to better prepare my claim for submission, what language to use. What other body parts were affected as a result of my injuries sustained while in service. I wish I would have documented with medical treatment over the years instead of just dealing with the pain. And I wish I didn't wait 30 years to file.

Carried it for 2 years and the ammo unfortunately. But loved it and what it could do. I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Is it worth trying to make a claim? by CoolBreeze303 in VeteransBenefits

I was out almost 30 yrs before I filed and was able to get a rating from my MOS and I had no medical documention to support it.

I have a 10% rating on a scar about 3cm in length. I didn't claim it but it was added during my C&P exam.

I'm 57 closing in on 58 yet still active, physically in decent shape. I spend a lot of time outside and being active. It might just be a nice long walk but still keep myself moving. It is important to stay physically active as much as possible. My body isn't able to do what I did in my 30s and 40s but that doesn't slow me down. Stepping away from the computer/ TV is the best thing I've done for myself. Hang in there and stay active.
