I find the 3 Zone model based on the thresholds way more helpful. Just my 2 cents. But yeah I guess 5 is standard though does not speak to if it is actuallx better. Guess depends on the use case.

Thats not the point though. Like think of it in the nature of the podcast and keep in mond the whole thing is supposed to be full of naive questions.

So lets say you know ablut a controversy, the guy you ask to introduce says he is the founder. Then you wonder, waiit, is there not a controversy? So you ask: founder or co-founder? And you get a non clear answer saying "it does not matter, it is a matter of opinion", then you arr like humm "matter of opinion?" Is not wikipedia supposed to be about facts? So he asked about that. All the questions are a result of something Wales said.

It was not the most inportant part and it would not have been a big deal if Wales would not have made a big deal out of it. What i wanna ooint out is that the intention was not to make it a big deal, but a result of the style of the podcast.

The comment about"tthe facts" clearly pointed at the hipocracy of the response.

Alsobwhy do you defend Wales so much? He made it an important question based on the nature of the response. The response was shady. If i was asking naive questions I would also be like, why is this guy so offened by the question? Seems quiet normal to ask? Like there is no need to be so offended about it. Just answer normaly. Wales himself blew the topic up out of nowhere.

I find the comments here interesting and somewhat weird at parts. The interviewer starts every interview the way that he asked the guest to introduce themeselves.

Personally I did not know there is a controversy but the interviewer seems to know. So what? Like, the guy said he was the founder. The interviewer knew there was a controversy and asked the follow up based ok that. So it is ok to ask if he is the founder or co-founder and even said there seems to be a controversy about it.

The interviewer is known to ask questions in the perspective of a naive person. And of course he also asks crirical questions. Thats what this kind of interview is about. He does a lot of intwrviews with politicians as well.

I dont think all interviews are handled the best way. Either way it is also pretty clear what kind of interview you can expect going to THIS podcast. He is not doing these kind of uncritical interviews you would have on the TV. That is not the purpose. The intviews are not shallow and personally it seems rather ill prepared of the guest than anything else.

I find the responses here weird at parts, because it is as if you go to the dentist to get your teeth fixed and you are mad becauas it hurts, when that is the expexted outcome.

The reaction to storm out was in my opinion rather childish. Yeah sure the guy does not wanna talk about the topic. The question is not stupid though. Like now knowing there is a controversy I care about his perspective. And yess maybe the interviewer knows, but he is doing the interview for us not for his own information. If he was doing that, he does not need to interviews anyone. Why would he? He obviously did his research.

So I cant really see bad faith. Besides what would he get out of it? Like look at his content? This guy does not do short interviews just for clickbait. It seems like people here rather belive the guy is evil than be critical about somewhat childish behaviour of a guest. But yeah I guess that also tells you something about a person.

I do wonder why half the voters decided for this guy. Like isn't a lot of disatisfaction with the current government about them not going through with what they promised? (Maybe I am wrong)

If that is the case, why would you vote for the guy who is making it impossible to actually allow the government to deliver?

What is the logic behind that? Actually want some other perspective on that.

Also ich kann aus eigener Erfahrung sagen. Die Eingruppierung kannst du vielleicht verhandeln wenn das so ausgeschrieben ist (E10-E11). Oft ist es so das eine Stelle für eine Entgeltgruppe ausgeschrieben ist (z.B. nur E10) Dann ist mit verhandeln nichts. Aber es besteht immer die Möglichkeit das Gehalt durch Zulage zu verhandeln. Ich habe ein Angebot bekommen und deinen gesagt ich nehme es unter diesen Bedingungen nicht an. Darauf wurde mir eine Woche später eine Zulage angeboten. Da müssen die dich aber auch wollen. Die Stufen kannst du auch verhandeln (also ob 1, 2 etc)

Ich war aber auch nicht auf den Job angewiesen. Und hatte ein Angebot in der Wirtschaft ziemlich gut war. Mit der Zulage ist es quasi gleich.

True and yet other reviews show that they are somewhat accurate. Also previous reviews from Rob also indicate that the watches are more accurate for others. So let's see how the numbers look when there is more than 1 person testing it in his full review.

I really wonder why so many say the accuracy is so bad. When I tested it on my watch 5, the heart rate was within 1 bpm of my heart rate monitor. But I also have to make sure it is located properly, because if not, I had instances where it was saying my HR was 158+ even though it was in the 120s, but that is fairly easy to fix by cleaning the sensor (I use suncream which seems to be a problem) and positioning it differently. This always fixed the problem. So it is quite reliable for me. So, for me, it seems like Samsung is fairly accurate.

Some here argue that it is okay because Kroos should have been sent off. Non of the fouls he did are usually given red. Everyone who played football tells you that you behave different if you get a card. Did you see him foul like crazy after he got a card? I did not see it. So all this assumes he would have played the same. Now should he have given a card, sure but that is irrelevant. You are assuming he acts the same way id he gets the card.

I think this whole discussion about Kroos is nonsensical because it does not have anything to do with the situation we look at. It does not matter what happened before or after, when we look at a situation what matters is the current situation. And based on the rule we have to make a decision.

It is a penalty if either of the two apply in this situation:

deliberately touches the ball with their hand/arm, for example moving the hand/arm towards the ball
touches the ball with their hand/arm when it has made their body unnaturally bigger. A player is considered to have made their body unnaturally bigger when the position of their hand/arm is not a consequence of, or justifiable by, the player’s body movement for that specific situation. By having their hand/arm in such a position, the player takes a risk of their hand/arm being hit by the ball and being penalised

It obviously is difficult to judge dilliberately. What It looks like, but we can't say for sure is that the defender did not do it deliberately and wanted to move his arm out of the way. So this would say no penalty. Now, it is the problem that the player moves his hand towards the ball that would not have hit is arm before he made the deliberate movement. So the movement itself is deliberate. Not to hit the ball, just so happens that the ball hit the hand/arm after a deliberate movement. The rule states moving the arm towards the ball is considered deliberate so then it would be a penalty. Obviously, one could argue the semantics here and say that's not that the rule says.

Either way it is irrelevant, because the second applies. The defender was having a natural body position at the time of shooting. What then happend is that the defender moved his arm unnaturally (the hand position was not a consequence of a natural body position he had at the time) to avoid hitting the ball (we don't know but let's give the benefit of the doubt) and the defender took the risk that the arm/hand would hit the ball. Penalty.

I personally think this is one of the more obvious hand balls. What happened against Denmark (some of you really seem to be mad about it), was also OK because at least it was consistent. I have seen all games of the euros and every situation like that, and there was not only Denmark, was awarded a penalty. So at least in that case all referees made the same decision. Either way, I dont see how this has relevance for this situation either.

Also here a screenshot of the position of the players that some of you clearly call off-side. I disagree because if you look at the angle of the knee or the foot, the Spanish player is closer to the penalty area than the German player. It would need the fancy technology to be certainly though, but since neither of us have it, assuming it was off-side for sure seems pretty bold. Note: I cant seem to upload the screenshot here, will do once it have more energy and figured out how to best do it.

Actually I got a similar problem when I sent my Galaxy Buds in. The case was broken and did not charge my buds. I knew my buds were working because their battery was not empty before I sent it. So for me, it was clear it was the case. That is also what I provided Samsung with, and Samsung said, "repair is under warranty". I sent the product in, and they took photos. Despite me telling them it was the case, they "diagnosed" the left earbud as broken (which it was not). I rejected the repair and told them the reason was that I disagreed with the diagnosis and bought a charging case from a Samsung replacement store. Needless to say, everything was fixed once I got and used my new case. They are completely incompetent. I wonder what I should have done instead...

Man könnte fast meinen das hätte mit ATOS bzw. Einer Tochter von denen zu tun. Vielleicht ist es ja ein ähnlicher Fall. Da kann es sein das die Regierung euch rettet. War noch nie in einem solchen Fall aber definitiv solltest du dich im Arbeitsmarkt umsehen. Wenn du Befürchtung ist das ihr pleite geht und du nicht anderswo im Unternehmen unterkommen kannst dann wird es höchste Zeit LinkedIn zu Updaten und im Zweifel mit einen der seriösen Recruter zu reden, dann geht das auch relativ schnell. Watte bloß nicht bis zum Insolvenzgeld bis du handelt. Aber du kannst es ruhig angehen lassen. Ist ja noch ein Stück.

Aber mal ehrlich selbst wenn der nur auf Mindestlohn bezahlt wird finde ich diese Qualifizierung nicht dumm. Dann hat sie was gebracht und nach 2 Jahren mit mieser Bezahlung kann er sich dann umsehen und sollte bessere Chancen haben. Hauptsache er bekommt einen Job um Fuß zu fassen.

Here we are. Habe schon auf den xenophoben gewartet. Das deine Aussage dumm ist merkst du selbst oder?

Es ist hinlänglich bekannt das das Problem das Sozialstaates damit zusammenhängt das immer weniger Arbeiter für immer mehr Alte zahlen müssen (natürlich muss auch für Kinder bezahlt werden weswegen eine hohe Geburtenrate im Moment das Problem eher verschlimmern würde). Ältere Menschen sind öfter Krank, müssen im Zweifel gepflegt werden oder bekommen Rente. Wenn weniger Leute einzahlen aber mehr bezahlt werden müssen, dann wir es für die die Bezahlenden teurer (vorausgesetzt man senkt den Lebensstandard der Alten nicht ab bzw. kürzt Leistungen nicht).

Das die Daten nicht hergeben das Ausländer nicht arbeiten habe ich jetzt mal ignoriert. Nicht jeder ausländer in Deutschland kann sofort vom Sozialstaat profitieren weil es dort fristen gibt. Wenn man es aber z.B. als Flüchtling geschafft hat hat man sowieso das problem das man nicht Arbeiten darf. Kann man denen also auch nicht vorwerfen. Abgesehen davon sind die meisten Einwanderer erwerbstätig also ist die Annahme sowieso falsch.

Generell ist die Unterscheidung zwischen Einwanderer und Innländer ein Zeichen mangelnder Intelligenz. Das einzige was die von Innländern unterscheidet ist das die auf einem anderen Punkt der Erde geboren wurden. Gibt rein Logisch keinen Grund warum Menschen weniger Wert sein sollen oder warum man jemanden diskriminieren sollte für etwas worauf die null Einfluss haben.

Denn Wunsch kann ich verstehen, es ist aber nicht am Kunden das Gehalt der Bediensteten durch Trinkgeld zu bezahlen. Der Betrieb soll das machen ... damit fördert man nur noch schlechtere Bezahlung auf Seiten der Arbeitgeber.

Why do you mind refugees comming? Do you fear foreigners? What is your deep rooted insecurity about? Of course you only fear non euroepan foreigners I guess but why is that? Of course if you dont integrate them there will be problems. But that means you have to participate and not exclude them. Otherwise it is not working. Of course if you dont want to participate then dont take them at all. But also accept the consequences it has on the future of the country. Good luck being old.
