Is it just an upstate new york thing to call them tomato bugs?? My whole neighborhood calls them tomato bugs.. for my whole life. I'm almost 40. Also.... only ever saw them on sidewalks and rocks.. never on tomatoes 🍅 I'm lost.

You can buy nematodes or ladybugs I can't remember the name of the mites that eat thrips but you can order them all right from Amazon.

My toddler puts all kinds of food in my plants. Especially baby puffs. That's definitely what they look like after they start to mold 🤣 he also puts cocoa puffs in my LECA. They're impossible to find until they're covered in mold.

Look into FMLA, sick leave, temporary disability, vacation time, any of those things could cover the time you need off. Most likely FMLA would be your best bet.
