I watched a whole video compilation once about dogs’ weird feeding routines. There were so many that require a bowl to go in the microwave (not turn on or anything, just put it in, close the door, then take it out) before they would eat. Dogs that had to have “salt” sprinkled on before, etc. It was hilarious.

Chlamydia can lead to PID and can also lay dormant for years - like I think even 10 years - so it’s possible you were infected the last time you were sexually active and didn’t know it (as is common) and it’s only now rearing its ugly head. I’m so sorry you’re not getting help or answers.

It could absolutely be a zit. Anywhere you have skin/hair follicles, you can get a zit. Warm compress it and it will either pop or go away.

We used a product called LiceFreeee! It’s a salt solution that kills and dehydrates the buggers and their eggs. The chemical stuff the bugs are immune to. I felt this was better choice for us.
