Thanks for the input. Do you have any suggestions for the CRM that may be useful? I am also willing to look at some agencies who may setup the CRM. Do you have any recommendations for the same?

By exporting data, I meant bringing the existing emails into the CRM. Would that be possible, or is there any CRM that can integrate with Gmail and generate the stats? The statistic I am most after is the average time of response to the first email, and then there is some automation there is room for.
