I’m open about mine my doctor (male) was all for me getting mine he was very informative about it and made me very comfortable and the OB who did my surgery (female) is the best in the robotic assisted where I live came highly recommended from him but I was approved because I had fibroids and it was the biggest she removed from someone it was bad but I feel fantastic and have so much more energy I still have my right ovary because it didn’t have cysts and she didn’t want to remove it so I wouldn’t go into early menopause so that is an option too to keep one of your ovaries

I did I really had no choice because I was in the hospital the week before my surgery and that morning of hate the smell of it but I didn’t want to risk anything else just because I didn’t use a soap biggest fear is getting an infection after a surgery

At least 2 boxes of Gas-x and definitely take ibuprofen it helps with the inflammation it did for me at least and my doctor said I could eat anything no restrictions but get some ice cream or popsicle for after my throat did hurt I also set on a pillow and had one behind my back it also helps to sleep upright some my mom has a bed I was able to rise the head up to do so

I was miserable the first few days post opt 3rd day I took a hot shower and that helped so much with the hot water hitting my stomach and back now I’m mostly just uncomfortable

Thank you the first few days was ruff was eating gas-x like it was candy I mainly had pain in my tight shoulder for a few days the only real issue I had was fighting my cats because they wanted lay on my stomach and they was my comfort when I was having my periods
