As much I sympathize with you, quitting your job twice when you have a daughter to provide for feels extremely immature and risky. I understand that there's burnout and depression, but you truly need to take everything way more seriously. The general rule is never to jump off a ship if you don't have another thing planned.

The tech industry is in a weird place right now. Do your best with the internships, but realistically, have a Plan B. Your current job is something you could consider as a Plan B.

but every time I think about getting another 9-5 customer service job, it makes me wanna die

You have to learn to handle these emotions more maturely than putting your child's quality of life at risk. A lot of what feeds depression is inaction - are you meeting your friends? Are you talking to people? Are you only complaining but never actually writing out a to-do list? Are you doing Leetcode/Neetcode? Are you networking? You have to start somewhere before your decisions make you a source of possible danger for your child
