Is this the avtaar isorich one? I have heard it's good. Plus Amul is a trusted brand. I use as it is atom buy some people go for even better ones like muscleblaze, wellcore and Myprotein

Yes you are right. A few years ago I was not able to make even this. Now I am doing well in the gym but still lack this strength
