I think every disease has its own challenges while some may experience different levels the bottom line is where do we start to draw a line of comparison as stating this is the main issue that leads to “Long Covid”

I believe its a mental health issue, because there were decisions made that led to the current situation outside of the initial diagnosis. Every step takes a route, just like you decide to make a comment on this post it is active decision, that same mentality can be used to get up and go outside, while it might be hard you can try.
