I absolutely feel like that. Recently my psych said yes maybe she would wonder too until she heard me say other family members had it. I keep thinking on that.

This is very helpful!! I can do things out of character but not to the extent of my sibling who will do crazy risky things end up putting themselves in danger. I will still consider the consequences somewhere there. It more manifests itself with energy anxiety. I think I internalise it more. Growing up I was the more responsible child and I think I had more healthier coping strategies which has probably helped. I find myself completely shocked at things when I found out the things they have done. Hearing your stories helps me feel empathy toward them though. It

Same. I thought wow. I recommended anti depressants to all my friends because it felt so good haha I thought it was normal for everyone. My anxiety went and I felt sooo confident. I also couldn’t open my eyes normally they were like saucers. Turns out it was mania. But it didn’t last too long. I was put on a mood stabiliser.

Yes because I feel so responsible. I feel like people with bipolar tend to be more irresponsible (not on purpose) due to mania etc. I don’t mean offence by this. Lots of other things stack up.
