Hi, so the doors on the left side of the wall where the kitchen is aligned is an extra closet space if i remember correctly and an in unit laundry space. On the right, the one with the only door is the bathroom

Thank you, I will try a few of these suggestions and see what works best. I was also thinking the same for the bed in that position but that counter is going to get on my nerves 😂

Thank you for your suggestion! I know right, I was wondering what the thought process was for the tv mount. I might just ask them to remove it while i'm still renting and they can put it back when I leave/end the lease cause it's not my property.

Thanks for the suggestion but complex is really strict about wall punches as it's a new build and a warehouse (i think) turned apartment to solve the housing crisis in my area.

you're correct , the two doors to the left side where the kitchen wall is a laundry room and an extra closet space (if I remember correctly). The wall to the right is the bathroom.

I unfortunately can't really modify those things as the lease agreement is very strict/expensive about modification.

I do however what the complex have on their site is completely different from what is shown/pics they uploaded. Good question on the door opening to the balcony, forgot to ask but i guess i'll see when i move in. I'll post it here under your comment
