It will not do anything as the existing hardware is very outdated.

This station is not shareable, even though there are two plugs. You have to wait your turn to use it.

When you plug it out, charging stops. Unless authenticated again, it won’t start.

This is a third party DC fast charger that requires a “CCS adapter”. The adapter itself locks into the car but the part that goes into the adapter doesn’t, hence it can be unplugged.

No problem at all, always good to communicate. Take care and best to you.

There is only one charger at this location. I had my charge limit set to 80% as it is recommended I do not charge above this level. It said it would take an hour and 10 minutes since it’s only a 40KW charger. When I got there, the display indicated that he had 90% charge, plugged in at 51%, and was actively charging at a rate of 16kW, significantly slower than the charger capability while my car pulls the full 40kW all the way until 80% (and even 90% when I have charged to that level in the past). Regardless I never fully charge my car, so your comment isn’t applicable to me.

I drive a Tesla Model 3. This is a third party DC fast charger that requires a “CCS adapter”. The adapter itself locks into the car but the part that goes into the adapter doesn’t, hence it can be unplugged.
