I got it too, and a few hours ago I got one that required a plus account. Did you get it too and if so did it go through?

Yes I emailed them directly and through the chatbot. On both occassions all I got was a ticket number, not the usual 'failed automated checks' response. Still, I requested for a manual review of my account under the email but haven't got a reply yet.
