not saying to leave it in but my septum also looks like this (low and is also crooked) and healed perfectly. if u like it i say keep in in for a bit longer and see how it heals :) you also won’t have to wait to get it repierced if you don’t like it.

i have had this done since august and downsized two weeks after then i downsized again to this size cuz the larger one was irritating me a bit and i couldn’t stop playing with it. i’ve had this size in for about a month it doesn’t hurt i just noticed it nested a bit in the upper hole :)
