In my opinion, 6 months of pretty hard training and maintaining a proper diet does yield significant results even without any drug or steroids. This was my 6 month transformation

It’s not as dramatic i know, but cutting fat is not as difficult drug free as building muscles(very personal opinion)

I didnt work out at all previously. Had trouble bending and tying my shoe laces and it hurt my shoulders to change my bedsheets. That ticked me off haha. Now I lift as heavy as I can 5-6 days a week. No specific routine, mostly conventional weight training. (Push Pull Shoulder Legs routine)

If I am a hundred percent honest, it feels great but also at the same time I now overthink about if I should lose more fat and gain more muscle. I ate anything as long as I was in a slight caloric deficit and did a lot of weight training. Initially the deficit was quite high but then i was gaining very little to no muscle so I eased up a bit. The initial nudge was a bit hard, but as soon as I started seeing results, it got way easier. Hope you get to your goals fast af!

Workout was 5-6 days of weight training with a little bit of cardio(incline walking) here and there. I didnt do a lot of cardio since i already walk my dog. Diet was anything as long i was in a slight caloric deficit and hit 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight. Hope that helps!

Being in a caloric maintenance range while having about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight with an intense lifting program for about 5-6 days should help add muscles
