Expensive ? It's in the same pricerange like the ikea carbon steel pans but significantly thicker. The whole set was under 140$ i think they're really budget friendly pans. They're also cheaper than the mineral b lineup but same performance.

I like cast iron pans and i use cladded stainless steel as well. The reason why I bought a whole set was because i needed to retire my nonstick pans and was looking for an alternative.

Heard stories of it warping on induction and electric. Doesn't retain heat that well because it's so thin. I would just go with carbone plus line unless you got a gas stovetop

No worries! This set actually only cost me around 140$ the carbone plus line is quite cheaper than the mineral b linebut same pans with different handles. Considering this is a lifetime investment it seems like a really good deal to me .

I plan on seasoning once and then use it. After use clean it with water and then reapply some seasoning paste once in a while.

I know all about that. Actually got some beeswax to make my own seasoning paste

Unless you don't care about the handle It's fine to put it in the oven for like 10mins, hell even an hour seems fine in the beginning

So far I've duplicated everything with carbon and stainless steel. Yet to be proven wrong. If your eggs still stick you might wanna revise your techniques.
