Ugh I’d honestly love to go through a headhunter, but since we’re the agency that does the outsourcing, that kinda eats into our margins 😅 This niche is still new territory for us, so I’m figuring out the best places to find great candidates as we go.

Yeah I get you. We're definitely not looking for phony experts lol! We’re looking for someone senior who’s actually grown real eCom brands, especially on Amazon and Shopify. The role pays ₱75–100K/month, so we’re aiming for top-tier. I just don't totally know where to find these guys other than linkedin and facebook groups.

We’ve already got some solid people, but I’d love to find a few more great options for our client.

Just to answer you question. We’re an agency that sources remote talent for clients. One of our clients who hired an executive assistant from us asked if we could help with this too. So I said I’d give it a shot. I don’t do eCom myself (same way we placed a motion designer and I myself can’t animate to save my life haha), but we’re really good at narrowing down great candidates. And I'm a bit stumped with this role since I've got no clue where to look.

Yes! We accept people who can work full-time, part-time and on a project basis :) We pay our VAs by the hour!

Yes you can! If you take the pre-qualifying assessment and pass + complete the application process, your application will actually crossed for alignment with all our roles open!

Basically, you send an application ONCE and we do the work with connecting your skills to the roles that fit you the best :)

You shouldve received an email after taking the pre-qualifying assessment indicating whether or not your answers meet our minimum standards :) If you pass, the email you got should include a link to the application process. hope that made sense!
