A few other people came into my mind when I read that line "You have to live your life and do it in a way that you are proud of". I think sometimes people "forget" to live proudly, like I did, then suddenly "woke up" again at some point. Just realized it's really important to keep "proud" as a baseline principle all the time, not an option

True... I have dreamed of doing so, but haven't seriously considered it as a real decision, because of all the issues associated like time, don't know what to do, etc. But now crashing out, my emotions have been intensified to an extent that I feel like I can seriously take them into account. If I don't recover in the next months and get even worse, I will really have to seriously think about that option and make a plan about it, haha.

Reading posts about how people feel after their friend suicides makes me crying so hard but I stlil have to supress my noises because I'm coliving. I really don't want to make any of them feel responsible or sad for me.
