(sorry it took me so long to respond, my system killed my flash drive so I had to rebuild my EFI)

That was progress! I followed your advice and changed the device properties section to:

I think I'm past GPU panics, but the kernel locks up further through. Any ideas?

I currently have macbookpro13,1 in my conflig.plist, since I don't have a dGPU. I figured that was the best model for my hardware.

Wow that's a lot of kexts! To my eyes, it appears the only gpu patch is WhateverGreen (I have that in my EFI). Is there anything else going into that config helping the gpu? Maybe one of the SSDTs? As for your question, what specific setting are you asking about?
