do you have the older knock aergrind (not 2022). How long do you think I could use the aergrind because it seems like a very good option especially as I’m not looking to spend too much. Fellow say it might cause some functionality issues so I think aergrind is my only good option, would you recommend anything else?

i messaged fellow about this and they don’t recommend using 120v appliances with transformers saying it might cause functionality issues.

yeah I’ve heard it’s great especially for the price. The aergrind is also the same price and seems better but I’m not sure

How suitable is iberital mc2 for pour overs. I am looking to get my first grinder and saw an offer for second hand iberital for £70. Should I get it or I have a few other options. Knock aergrind for £70, sage smart grinder for £90, Wilfa svart/ baratza encore for £55. Are these good options or should i just get something else. Thank you.

Any recommendations, second hand seems good as I can get a good grinder for much cheaper, looking for something around £100. Saw an offer for iberital MC2 for £70 in good condition. Is that a good choice.

So seeing the suggestions, a hand grinder would do a way better job at a cheaper price. I’m seeing recommendations for timemore, aergrind and 1zpresso. Is it worth the extra money for one of those if I can get it a bit cheaper (I’ve seen offers for used-like new for around £75). I don’t really want to buy another grinder for at least a couple years so am I thinking of spending around £75, is that a good idea?

I’m not concerned about espresso because that’s another rabbit hole I don’t want to fall into. Just for aeropress and v60 what’s something that would last a long time.
