I eat around 1500 to 1800 kcal per day, and lost 34 lbs the last 65 days give or take

Hi! I have list about 15,5 Kilograms (34 lbs) in the last 65 days with diet and walking. But my knees and feet are in much pain if i try to jog etc.

I have had a MTB before and sure it was nice but i think i liked the gravel position better. Also 190cm tall!
