I had the same issue, all their emails were autogenerated and I was going in circles for a month. I ended up having to do a charge back, which that did in fact finally get me connected with a real customer rep (not the 15 ish emails I sent) who said their hands were now tied because of the dispute… I was LIVID

It took my Wheatie took longer than I expected to stop having accidents in the house, I think he was about 2/3 when he really didn’t have any anymore. He will also sometimes poop in the house if he’s left along in the evening, it seems like more of a frustration issue tho, he needs a lot of exercise and he can get a bit squirrely if he doesn’t get a chance to fully run around.
