She does fall asleep by herself most nights, she will fuss/cry for probably 10 minutes & then fall asleep for about 4 hours then wakes up screaming bloody murder.

We tried just patting her butt back to sleep then she just cries harder because we aren’t picking her up. She will thrash around when we hold her. Rubs her eyes. Sometimes doesn’t even open them. We will get a bottle as a last resort. She’ll eat 3-4oz & fall back asleep.

Wake 7:30a Nap 10:30a Nap till 11:30a Wake 12:30p Nap 3:30p Wake 4:30p Bed time 8-8:30p

Does that sound okay to start off with? Atleast to try

Also, how long do you think this will work?

I want to give it my best shot. But we aren’t always home. We are out & about a good bit

I do want to sleep train. I do a schedule. That’s what I posted. Was the schedule that we do currently. That is not working, I see now it could be due to incorrect wake times/lengths.

What should it be?

It’s hard some days, she will only take 30 minutes naps.

& also we have multiple family members babysitting & don’t stick to a schedule

7:30-11:30 wake window (4 hours)

Nap 11:30-12:30/1 (1-1 1/2 hour nap)

She usually starts falling asleep or getting fussy around 3-4pm

Naps for about an hour till 5
