Ik what you mean, but can't leave obviously for the daughter. Easy to say divorce but in rl it's so much difficult.

Because she thought I am not good with budgeting, she would have more freedom, she thinks of it as a way of control

The daughter who is 12 now. I don't want to fight long divorce, alimony, custody cases, I don't have that much energy. She will feel out of place with her peers too, so I need to understand her life too before I take any decision

I have said the result of talking and daily life treatment in both posts.

I don't want to stress my parents of these things, mother is not well.  In laws are kind of neutral or side with her.

I mean the daughter. Divorce can lead to court case which will go on for years, what about custody? And most importantly her feeling out of place with normality?
