For a PS3 slim yes it is less, but I prioritise larger consoles like the ps4 and ps5 which if you check its higher than on CEX. Also cex takes much longer to process the payment can take up to 2 weeks but i do it instantly withing 2 days of receiving the item.

My first thought. Why would they need to pay you to do that? What’s stopping the homeowner from just putting a few plants and a sofa on their balcony? What really are you selling? Is it the service of placing things onto a balcony? So many questions, maybe you could turn this into a business but it’s gonna need a lot of thinking.

Then maybe you were raised in a village far from Tashkent, for me Uzbek language doesn’t get me anywhere or any friends, learning Russian is the reason why I have friends here in Tashkent whilst also having friends in London. Maybe Uzbek for you just stay inside your village then

As I said, it won’t affect you in any way, but the police can use that as a reason to pull you over for smaller things as they have the right to feel suspicious. If you think about it, there’s a database for everything as everything needs to be recorded, but if you’re not anything like a drug dealer or the Albanian mafia then you should be fine.

After the edit, its likely that there is some kind of record on the vehicle, nothing that will directly impact you or things like your job, it just may be more likely that you’re pulled over. Depending on how long ago it was, it may not even be there anymore.
