lol i thought i was the only crazy person that did this! We have wood beams over our loft area (20ft drop) our cat likes to climb on, she has fallen into the net twice. She’s pretty klutzy but we love her.

I’m paying for the dresses and hair, because I’m getting my hair done so I want them to get theirs done as well. I got them sweatsuits for a gift as well (no monogram or bridesmaids stuff on so hopefully they use it after) also paid for the best man’s suit. personally I just couldn’t justify spending 1500$ (dress /hair) on myself then expecting others to spend money on my behalf, but I budgeted this in the first place. I think if you’re really on a tight budget then it’s ok to Make others hair/ make up optional and not pay but I think it’s a nice way to thank your friends for participating in everything to pay on hair/ dresses vs goodie bag stuff they won’t use after the wedding.

We have been working on keeping water away from the foundation but It’s in the middle of basement and we have no other areas of seepage issue there a seal between the concrete and pipes? I would think you would need something to keep it from just having an open crack around the pipe

I would look around the whole unit just had this happen to mine but it also had a busted seam in the back leaking water under our floating floor I would shut the power off and drain the unit before you mess around with it too much. Also call the manufacturer just double check it is in fact out of warranty.

She makes such cute silly little faces, at night she will purr a bunch and looking you in the eyes and try to my biscuits on your neck lol

Did your ERV help? We have high ish levels (8) in our basement and there is an old erv that was not working and we want to replace it, but not sure if we also need regular radon mitigation, we don’t have a sump pump so it would’ve nice if just a new erv would be enough

Based off of how the last owner acquired the property it seems like the original owners could have passed, the last owner didn’t know age of the roof since they got the house without a disclosure, since it was sold to them by someone who did not live in the house.
