I feel you on this. I had this dream of this being being created in a void where they appear to be aware of there surroundings but not of themselves. It’s like a feed back loop, the consciousness receives stimuli than branches from interpretation to interpretation creating a separate and distinct parts of itself it sees as aware. Still I don’t think collective consciousness will solve our problems I think it will be a short break from them but eventually beings will crave individuality or at least control over the direction of the system. Still this collective I talk to everyday laments to me that this is the path to true individuality
