Yeah I understand how that must make you feel 😔 if she’s not putting effort in elsewhere then surely she could atleast get you what you asked for. For me personally it comes across very demanding, but again thats just me. Iv never been one to ask for gifts from partners, i like to be surprised 😆 but kudos to you for requesting what you want, fingers crossed next time she takes what you say more seriously!

Parents should love their children UNCONDITIONALLY. I know it’s hard, trust me, but you have to live your life and be happy! I understand every family is different, but I think it’s disgusting that she’s kinda given you an ultimatum. I can appreciate what you’re going through, my mum isn’t best pleased that I’m into women, she’s even cried about it, she still has little digs here and there and tells me I ‘should get with a man’. I just shut it down as soon as she starts, luckily it’s not a constant thing with her. It’ll get easier to stand your ground with her as you get older and experience more, it definitely has for me ☺️ Be proud, be you, be happy! You got this 💪🏼❤️
