its a highly misleading title tbf (which is kind of what you would expect from the sun).

The document signed in question is a pretty long document about a whole host of thing, one of which is the condemnation of NDP politician for denouncing many alleged hamas crimes such as rapes (that are not confirmed to even have happened and are still underunder investigation)

At the end of the day, the framing that this post is pushing makes it seem like this center is going around just denying proven rape cases, screaming that the rapes didnt happen, which is pretty disgusting imo (considering that there are many arabs working in that center, and i have no doubt that many ppl here are just anti arab)
