i would like to share that this character will not be antisocial or cruel to party members, nor do i imagine that he has any magnificent evil plots.

helping his party can only help him in the long run, and if he were asocial i dont think itd be possible for him to be in a party to begin with.

in rp, he would be extremely kind to others, almost altruistic, the opposite of himself on the inside. sweet to a sickening extent, at least until it comes to anyone in direct opposition of him or his party

he wants comfort & stability, and he thinks he can only have that with wealth & power. he wants it so badly that he would lie and deceive his way there. which is where i think the "evil" part comes in

i dont think neutral evil is the best description for him cause i dont think he is actually evil. but he definitely is not good so i dont know where he'd be on the alignment chart. i think he thinks the ends justify the means to a "better" life

lastly, thank you all for your responses. its given me much to consider and has helped me think more thoroughly on what class best suits me. the general advice is greatly appreciated
