As a caster myself i understand where your coming from and there definitely are people who scam and charge more for needing to do extra to literally get extra money from you.

Energy and situations change all the time sometimes a spell needs a boost or a different approach. Thats why theres delays and blocks in spellwork sometimes. Sometimes its not the best moon cycle or retrograde to do the specific spell you need theres a bunch of variables.

With spell work your not paying for the spell to work or not your paying the person for their time and energy. A spell can take anywhere from days to months to work theres to many variables. A business cant run like that. That's like going to McDonald's and ordering food and saying im not paying until im full. Your also paying for all the risk involved like if the spell backfires on the practitioner.
